Information you provide
We use your account email, profile details, uploaded pictures, crop choices, community memberships, posts, comments and messages to run The Collective Grower. Reports, blocks and deletion requests help keep the community safe.
Location
Location is optional. If you choose current location, coordinates and an approximate area may be stored for nearby groups and distance calculations. Exact home addresses are not displayed to other growers. You can enter an area manually instead.
Who can see your content
Grower profiles and public timeline updates are visible to signed-in growers. Private community content is limited to its members. Direct messages are visible to their participants. Photos are stored privately and displayed through temporary links.
Services and payments
Lovable Cloud provides account, database and file services. Google handles Google sign-in when you select it. The location lookup service receives the coordinates needed to find your area. Payment services process organisation subscriptions when used. Sponsored adverts link to advertisers; their sites have separate privacy notices.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit your profile, remove its picture, delete your posts and comments, block growers and request account deletion. Deletion requests are reviewed by the team. Payment records or information needed for legal obligations may require retention; the operator must confirm the applicable periods before launch.
